Dr. Bhushan Balu Chaudhari is a food technology expert with a strong blend of academic insight and industry-driven analytical experience. With a Ph.D. in Food Engineering & Technology and over four years of R&D expertise in nutraceutical formulation, product development, and process optimization, he brings a consultant’s precision to solving complex food processing challenges.His work spans taste-masking technologies, gum modification, bioavailability enhancement, and scale-up engineering, backed by hands-on experience in developing gummies, jellies, bars, and advanced nutraceutical delivery systems. Dr. Chaudhari has contributed to a granted US patent, multiple peer-reviewed research publications, and has experience scaling innovations from lab stage to commercial manufacturing.Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at UICT, he continues to advise on food product development, bioprocess engineering, and quality improvement projects, offering a research-oriented, data-driven approach suitable for consultancy, formulation strategy, and process development analysis.
