Entrance Examination Process

The candidate interested in applying for Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) Course in University School and affiliated Colleges are advised to note the following and then Click on the Apply-Online button given at the bottom:

  2. Admission Process Agencies :
    • Application Receipt Centers (ARC) :- Following Centers will act as ARC, ARC will be responsible for:-
      1. Collection of the Application Form Printout (all subjects) and necessary documents along with D.D. attached with form
      2. Issuing Receipt Acknowlegdement Slip
      3. Verification of documents submitted by the candidate and inwarding the application form online.

  3. This online portal would render correct results only in browsers supporting JavaScript (recommended browsers: IE 7.0+, Firefox, Google Chrome) and it is enabled in settings. In case of incorrect rendering by inappropriate browsers shall not be the responsibility of NMU.

  5. The applicant should draw a D.D. on any Nationalized Bank or Scheduled Bank of amount Rs. 600/- in favour of "Finance and Accounts Officer, Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon" before proceeding for filling Onine Application Form. It is mandatory to have D.D. before proceeding for online application form submission.
  6. Important: While filling Online Application Form Please note down your Username and Password as it is required for further correspondence
  7. Candidate should enclose documents as mentioned in the Information Brochure along with the hard copy of application form
    • D.D. on any Nationalized Bank to be drawn in favour of the "Finance and Accounts Officer, Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon".
    • Write your Application Form Number, your name and address behind the D.D.
    • For North Maharashtra University Candidates if the original marksheet is not available, then e-statement of marks downloaded from the University website should be attached with the application form.
  8. Candidate should fill-up the Online Application Form as per the given instructions and take print out of the Application Form, attach the  necessary documents (attested photo copies) along with Demand Draft Paste your passport size recent photograph on application and submit the completed form to the nearby ARC (Social work College /Department) by hand or send it by post supcribing “Application for CET for admission to << Course Name >> to the Principal & Head of the Department of the concerned ARC Social Work Colleges.
  9. Last date for filling Online Application Form is 04 August 2022 and last date for sending the hard copy of the printed form along with D.D. and necessary documents to the nearest ARC Center is 05 August 2022. If hard copy along with D.D. and other necessary documents is not received on or before the last date your registration will be treated as cancelled.
